Used Bruce and Heather for the 2nd long trip. Their attention to detail and attention paid to my pet are incredible. They not only showed up on time (notifying me with a text), but grabbed my mail, kept a couple plants alive and when I got back it looked like no one had stayed at the house because they cleaned up after themselves so well! Most importantly, my dog had a great time which is the most important thing.

I can always trust that my Viggo is being well taken care of and loved. When I go to pick him up, he acts like he doesn\'t want to leave! What I love the most is he is not in a kennel or crate. He gets to play with the other dogs and has free rein of the house. It\'s like he is at summer camp!

Spice Girl and I want to thank you for your great care!!
When we moved to San Diego in 2008, I was concerned that finding someone to care for my cat Spice Girl would be a challenge. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the initial interview and intake forms, as well as the comments from other customers with whom I spoke. Heather and Bruce spent time with us on that first interview visit to learn about what Spice and I liked and disliked. They took time to play with her and learn how she enjoyed it.
And so we began with our taking short trips away. Then over the years, we have taken longer trips away. As we have progressed, Heather (who does much of the cat care), has come out before hand to meet with me and review giving Spice her meds or other maintenance issues. Now Heather feels comfortable letting Spice out in her secure back yard during her visits.
I highly recommend Bruce and Heather’s quality care!! Not only do I feel good about their direct care to my pet, I also feel confident that if an emergency situation occurred they would be prepared to handle it well! All of the above enables us to enjoy our travels.
